Overview
In this next update we will focus mainly on creating the PvP game mode and a robust player progression framework that integrates with the Gotchi Gaming Console. Some of the main features of this update are:
- A new PvP game mode
- A robust player progression system
- A new biome, the Daark Forest
- New interactive game elements
- Utility for all handheld wearables and pets

- Daark Forest Biome: A dark, creepy world guided by the principle of FUD, The Daark Forest casts an eerie vibe, crawling with mischievous creatures and hidden pitfalls.
- Design and model a variety of tiles, objects, characters and installations that make up the Daark Forest.
- PvP mode: A fast-paced, action-packed game logic with new interactive elements. Players will race to unlock upgrades to destroy their opponent while navigating gameplay-affecting obstacles.
- New base map (Daark Forest) featuring interactive gameplay elemets - Building Blocks.
- Payment milestone: $70k
Sprint 2 (~4 months)
- Progression System: Design and develop a robust framework for player progression. Seasonal leaderboards, achievements and daily quests integrated with the Gotchi Gaming Console to keep players engaged and earning rewards.
- Utility for all hand items: consumables, flag/signs, shields/pillows, tech gadgets. Each item will provide either active or passive buffs/debuffs that affect the player or team as a whole. Makes weaponless gotchis way more useful.
- Unique abilities for all pets. Players will be able to deploy pets in battle that do damage and cast environmental effects.
