Monthly USDT (BNB) payouts to DAO members

The purchase of the Anarkey is projected to have hefty payouts for the DAO.

To add value to the DAO, the vote is to deliver MONTHLY payouts from all of the Anarkey/TradeAi profits to all DAO members in USDT on the Binance smart chain mainnet.

Delivering them in USDT on BNB will save the DAO a ton of money on gas and provide monthly liquidity to all DAO members. Detailed instructions on how to convert the USDT on BNB will be provided.
