APEX Syndicate Deposit: Jan 14

The DAO has received 10% of initial deposits back from TAI ($3,000).

As we all know, the DAO holds an APEX and has direct access to their syndicate which is open for deposit on the 14th.

The proposal is to get our money working for us again and deposit ~$5-7k in the next syndicate window and NOT sticking to our original plan of getting paid back 100% of our principle before depositing.
