Added passive income for Glamping Pass Holders

Glamping Pass holders will always be regarded as the top holders at Alpha Camps. They will always receive passive income payouts and opportunities - not to mention future utility benefits in the AC ecosystem.

As we know, Anarkey holders receive 49% revenue share of profits from the TradeAi SaaS model. vispX also provides monthly passive income via the xBorg NFT that the DAO holds.

The vote is to take all of the revenue shares received each month from both the Anarkey and vispX and send them directly to all of the Glamping Pass holders at EOM.

*Note, this is for revenue shares only (not related to pools). Camp DAO holders will still get monthly USDT payouts from the pools.

This prioritizes Glamping Pass Holders, adds more utility, and puts a premium on GP's on the secondary market.
