Alpha Camps DAO plan moving forward Q4, 2025

This proposal is to lay the groundwork moving forward.

Regarding refunds/buybacks: If a DAO member wants to leave, the DAO itself will not issue refunds nor buy back any DAO assets. There is nothing stated in the Operating Agreement that says it will anyway, but this needs to be loud and clear.

Regarding Partnerships: The DAO has been burned on almost every partnership. DAO members are free to discuss ideas and partnerships in Alpha Chat to other holders but when it comes to the DAO, there will be no partnerships with other projects in web3.

Regarding Trading Bots or "Pools": The DAO will not participate in any "pools" where another project trades on behalf of the DAO (funds must always be in control).

Regarding Quorums: Nothing changes, based off of voting participation, a quorum will still be required to pass a vote.

In order to build back the DAO's bank Regarding profits moving forward: With assets being compromised, the DAO will start with a clean slate (old investments that provide any sort of profitability will go towards the DAO liquidity not member profits).

Regarding VC Deal Token Distribution: The DAO has invested in 10+ VC deals with various web3 projects that have already hit TGE and is currently in monthly token unlock distribution phases. Any profits from these tokens will go straight to the DAO's liquidity and not member profits.

Regarding Law Suits/Refunds: Any monies received from lawsuits or refunds will go straight to the DAO's liquidity and not member profits.

New DAO Profit Payout Details

DAO Holders: 70% AC: 15% GP Holders: 10% AC Team: 5%

If you are a DAO holder (either Camp DAO or GP), you will receive 70% of the profits. Alpha Camps project (not DAO related) will receive 15%. GP holders will receive an additional 10% of the profits. For GP holders, a multiplier will be built into the 10% (the more you hold, the bigger your multiplier). The AC team will receive 5% of profits. This include Pre, Camp Counselors, and Alpha Callers.
