Genesis #1 — Ratify Admin Governance & Launch Snapshot

Summary

We ratify the “Admin (Owner)” process and launch the Snapshot governance space for Amen Companny Records DAO.

Motivation

Record the initial configuration while we prepare the AMEN token and community onboarding. We start with a whitelist to avoid spam and keep full control at the beginning.

Specification / Actions

• Aragon (OSx): keep Admin (Owner) with automatic execution.
• Snapshot: space amencompanny.eth on Polygon PoS.
• Voting strategy: whitelist (only authorized addresses).
• Voting params: delay 0h, duration 48h, simple majority; options For/Against/Abstain.
• Treasury: no fund movements in this proposal.
