The future of ANDY

This proposal outlines the migration plan for holders from Blast to chain B however that will be void if the majority choice is "Stay on Blast".

Migration has been discussed a lot in our community chat and we've waited a very long time on Blast and nothing has happened in fact gotten worse and while we dominated the meme mindshare that is to no success when there's no foundation on chain.

If we move to another chain or rebrand completely to a new meme it will take place in August as our LP unlocks end of July so that will give us time to plan and prepare for the choice that is taken by the community.

But if the decision is to stay on blast then we will support our community and follow through with whats possible.
