Summary The BAD AI team proposes migrating our protocol and ecosystem from BNB Chain to BASE, issuing a new token with a 1:1 airdrop to current $BADAI holders.

Why This Is Needed Recent events, particularly the FlokiFi Locker incident resulting in approximately 1.5% of token supply now in the hands of a malicious actor, have made issuing a new token necessary for security reasons. Rather than simply deploying a v2 on BNB Chain, we see an opportunity to reposition our project in a more supportive ecosystem.
