Funding Request: Beefy Convention Participation Budget 2025 Total Amount Requested: $120,000   The proposed budget encompasses sponsorship costs, marketing materials, and travel expenses for Beefy’s event participation.    As a pivotal contributor to the decentralized finance revolution, Beefy develops exceptional products and plays a crucial role in propelling market growth and extending its benefits to the public. We deploy our most talented individuals to expand Beefy’s presence across the crypto and financial industries.   The requested funds are earmarked for participation in blockchain and cryptocurrency-related events, including conferences, summits, and meetups. These gatherings provide Beefy with opportunities to engage with industry experts, showcase its products, and establish a presence in diverse communities. The anticipated cost of attending a major conference can vary from $5,000 to $40,000, contingent on the event's scale and location.   Beefy’s involvement often encompasses speaking engagements, which may be part of a sponsorship package or arise from professional invitations. These events confer legitimacy upon Beefy as a substantial project in the eyes of users and industry professionals. Individuals from around the globe have eagerly awaited the chance to connect with Beefy and share their experiences of how Beefy has enriched their lives. Furthermore, these events enable Beefy to expand its network and cultivate relationships with projects in the crypto industry, as well as engage with companies venturing into the realm of crypto, thereby furnishing Beefy with a competitive edge.

Along with these events, Beefy will participate in side events. Historically, two side events for each main event take place. Side events have proven to be cost-effective and extremely beneficial in fostering partner relationships and are used for enhanced brand visibility, networking opportunities, lead generation and business development, and product demonstration with feedback.

Beefy may deploy representatives to engage in events for speaking engagements, networking, business endeavors, and the dissemination of informative content, and to actively participate in industry discussions pertaining to regulatory matters for the purpose of sharing valuable insights.
