Background In response to BurgerCities’ evolving goals and the need for clearer brand identity, this proposal outlines the strategic migration of the $BURGER token to the new $SI token. This transition aligns with our vision for expansion and supports the smooth progress of our second-phase development strategy. If approved, the BurgerCities team will implement the new token economy as planned, with rewards allocated to various contributors.

Future Development Strategy: (I) First Stage: Infrastructure Development Focus on building the computing network and cultivating the model ecosystem.

(II) Second Stage: Full Ecosystem Development SI aims to create a seamless ecosystem where developers can build, test, and deploy AI agents using flexible tools and shared pre-trained models.

Motivation Since the successful launch of si.online, our project has undergone significant changes. As we transition to a new AI-focused ecosystem, updating our branding and token contract is crucial.

Brand Clarity: The current $BURGER token represents BurgerCities, which has caused confusion in our new $SI ecosystem. Transitioning to $SI will eliminate this confusion and establish a more cohesive brand image.

Overview A token migration smart contract will be deployed on BSC to facilitate the transition from $BURGER to $SI.

Token Conversion: $BURGER tokens will convert at a 1:1 ratio to $SI tokens. For every 1 $BURGER, holders will receive 1 $SI token. This ensures the annual supply of $SI tokens remains within an inflation rate of 6%-12%.

Scope: This plan includes technical contract upgrades, coordination with key ecosystem partners, and a well-structured communication strategy to ensure a smooth transition. The plan will also involve codebase adjustments and potential tokenomics modifications to reflect the new token structure.
