DAO VOTE: Lumia Nodes Claim Decision

Our DAO currently holds 21 Lumia Nodes, with 17 locked in the DAC. These locked nodes unlock on 8/16/2025, allowing much more token claims at that time. However, we currently have 6,390 LUMIA tokens available to claim from nodes that are not locked.

If we choose to claim the 6,390 LUMIA now, it will incur a 55% tax, leaving us with 2,874 LUMIA, worth approximately $6,000 at the current price of $2.18 per token. Alternatively, we can wait: • In 60 days, the tax will drop to 34%, and our rewards will continue to grow. • In 90 days, there will be no tax, maximizing both the tokens we receive and their value if the price rises further.

Lumia Token is currently at $2.18, but its predecessor token, ORN, reached an all-time high of $29.10, showing Lumia’s potential for significant future growth. By waiting, we can accumulate more tokens and potentially sell them at a much higher price during a market upswing, aligning with the likely full bull market conditions.

Claim Process:

Claiming LUMIA is not straightforward. The tokens must first be claimed and taxed, then bridged to the ETH chain, bridged and traded on a centralized exchange like MEXC, and finally sent to the Polygon chain for our Eternal Engine fund. This complexity adds to the argument for waiting until the process is more favorable and profitable.
