Set up DAO managed EQTY communication channels (social media/telegram/discord?)

This proposal is to allocate small funds and effort to create the necessary EQTY social channels to continue pushing the project forward.

What is needed?

• X account. LTO X account should be handed over to DAO Foundation and be renamed. If this is legally not possible, EQTY DAO should open a new official EQTY X account which can be the main source of external communication.
• LTO telegram channels should be closed or abandoned. New EQTY channel should be opened, preferable with gatekeeping where a user needs to proof to hold a minimum level of EQTY before they can enter. This should be done in an anonymous way, so without linking amount to an account.
• Alternatively, Telegram could be abandoned completely. The EQTY community could move to discord.
• There is already a dedicated Ownables discord channel, which should be pushed for anything ownables related (builders, demos, etc.) once the EQTY DAO Foundation takes the lead in EQTY communications.
• EQTY Blog, only if enough activity is able to be generated.

Needed funds:

• Small funds to get checkmark on X
• Small funds to attract proper community admin to organize the telegram/discord channel setup and manage the bots etc.
• website/blog hosting funds.

Additional ideas are welcome as separate proposals, but I think this should be the bare minimum to have.
