Opening up the creation of proposals to Holders of FOF?

To really make the Floki Ecosystem community driven we are wanting to ask holders if they would like the ability to create there own proposals on this platform.

The rules on this would be to have the ability to make your own;

1, Holding more then 13,000 FOF Token (0.01% of supply) (reviewed yearly, beginning of April, or by way of another proposal). Reason for FOF and not HOARD is; FOF is our main token and primary utility token.

2, Proposals would be still subject to admin approvals to ensure they are realistic and in line with the projects marketing / treasury funding.
