Summary:
Work to help the DAO re-engage with the larger NFT community and increase its relevance in the broader crypto community.
Rationale:
We are starting to see the winds of the NFT market shift towards a more favorable direction. As this happens, it’s up to us as a DAO to ensure we are positioned to capitalize on the increased demand for digital art as well as influx of new ecosystem participants. We cannot rest on our laurels from the last bull run and cannot take our relevance for granted. We need to remind the broader NFT community the greatness of gmDAO, increase brand visibility and work hard to attract new members.
Specifics:
Overall, Brpunkrmax and Defi Beats are involved with the below entities and can leverage their reach in order to accomplish the goal of making gmDAO a global crypto brand.

We want to utilize some of the DAOs resources to bring gmDAO to the forefront of the NFT space before the next bull market fully kicks off.
First, we’d like to do a deep dive on our current members and get a much better understanding of the social following we all have, and what everyone is and is not willing to do to help promote the DAO. We want to strategize engagement of the DAO community to promote gm brand in their circles.
Cyphr is our cult leader and is much more useful spreading the gmDAO gospel, interacting with artists and building our brand than handling all of the gm socials. We would like to find someone who can do community management from an external point of view, create a content calendar and manage it with engagement on all of our socials.
We would also like to fold gm into many of the IRL events that we put on globally, especially conferences that are vital for NFTs like Art Basel, NFTNYC and NFT Paris.
To make this a reality we are thinking the following over 12 months with the following commitments:
Performing a deep dive on gm DAO -Who is in the DAO -What they want to see moving forward -What utility we can provide with our global resources to DAO members to promote increase in token price -What they are willing to do to help promote the DAO on a weekly basis
Hiring a full-time social media person for the DAO -Working out a content strategy to involve DAO members in the promotional activities for the DAO, to make the brand the strongest it can be
-This person would take the burden of managing our social media accounts (twitter/X and any others) from Cyphr and post and engage regularly as well as attend spaces on our behalf
-They will be responsible for writing content and distributing
Having gm sponsor and co-sponsor events around the world with our partners
- We are thinking of isolating it to the 5 best events in 2024 for the DAO
Exploring partnerships with existing communities and attracting new talent to the DAO
Stagnation kills communities. We can not simply rely on higher Crypto prices to bring more people into the space. We need to seek out and engage with new talent and attract them to the DAO. We already have an established artist in the space willing to work with the Studio on a new blockchain as a starting point.
All of the above would be best accomplished by spinning up a Biz Dev and Partnerships team lead by Brpunkrmax who can manage a small group dedicated to posting on social and developing partnerships with valuable brands, creators, artists and thought leaders.
Pros:
Getting gm out into the wild where it can gain exposure to future DAO members. More eyeballs on our drops. More members in the studio discord. Value of the gm token driven up.
