Summary:
Support the gm. brand go from presence to influence—using X not just to stay active, but to attract new eyes, spotlight the community, and position the DAO as a leading voice in digital art, community ownership, and decentralized culture.
Rationale:
This proposal isn’t built on hopes of a market turnaround—it’s a response to the reality that attention is scarce, relevance is fragile, and the window to stay culturally present is closing. gmDAO is one of the few NFT-native communities still standing with integrity, but simply existing isn’t enough anymore. If we want to remain visible—let alone influential—we need to act with urgency, coordination, and efficiency. This isn’t about high-budget campaigns or waiting for the next wave. It’s about doing the work now, with what we have. By aligning the efforts of all X channels under the gm. brand—gmDAO, gm.studio and gm.scribe —we begin to form the foundation of an internal, sustainable marketing layer. One that doesn’t just keep the lights on, but makes sure the culture, voice, and values of gmDAO are seen and felt by the right people, in the right places, before it’s too late.
Overview:
Gm Consulting proposes to manage gmDAO’s X presence as an ongoing engagement to strengthen the DAO’s visibility and community engagement. This proposal outlines a quarterly retainer in which Gm Consulting will curate content and interactions across X for gmDAO and its connected ecosystem. Our goals are to grow reach, highlight the community’s talent, and foster deeper relationships with the broader NFT and crypto culture. The strategy will center on weekly insight posts, timely social engagement, and thoughtful amplification of community content. The focus is to elevate gmDAO’s public identity as insightful, supportive, and culturally relevant—not just active, but truly influential.
Deliverables:
🧠 Weekly Insight Posts Gm Consulting will publish at least one high-quality insight post per week. These may include market commentary, educational breakdowns, historical context on gmDAO, or community updates. The goal is to deliver substance and perspective while building consistent follower attention.
📸 Frequent Social Content In addition to insight posts, we will post lighter, trend-responsive content—such as memes, visual formats, or quote-style commentary— 2/3 times per week. This includes participation in trending formats (e.g., Ghibli-style threads or meme remixes) and gives the brand a more approachable and social presence.
🤝 Artist & Collector Engagement We will actively engage with artists, collectors, and key X voices—especially those in or around the gmDAO network. This includes replies, shoutouts, and joining relevant threads to boost visibility and strengthen gmDAO’s reputation as a contributor in onchain culture.
🔁 Content Curation & Community Visibility Gm Consulting will amplify content from gmDAO members and contributors: new drops, milestones, insightful tweets, and gmDAO-led initiatives. We’ll also selectively share inspirational or industry-aligned content that fits the gm. ethos—ensuring that our channels remain both reflective and outward-looking.
📊 Consistent Presence & Feedback All X channels under the gm. brand (gmDAO, Studio, Scribe, and Consulting) will be actively maintained. This includes replying to comments, acknowledging community support, and managing inbound inquiries. Monthly reports will track follower growth, post engagement, and community sentiment, with any recommendations clearly stated.
Timeline:
Initial Term: Begins upon approval and runs for 3 months. Start Date: Immediately (or as specified). End Date: 3 months from start (unless renewed).
Execution Flow:
Month 1: Strategic alignment, account access, and rollout of first content waves. Insight posts begin immediately; trend and meme content follow.
Month 2: Steady execution and adjustment. We monitor engagement and refine content formats and timing based on early data and community input.
Month 3: Consolidation of learnings. Best-performing content types are identified, and a more robust content calendar is prepared for the next term. A comprehensive report is delivered.
Throughout the quarter, a variety of content styles will be tested—ranging from artist highlights to DAO lore and curated insights. These will be fine-tuned into a more stable structure by the end of Month 3.
Quarterly Renewal:
At the end of the term, a new Snapshot proposal may be submitted to extend the engagement, reflecting updated goals, potential scope refinements, or adjusted budgets (if applicable). If the collaboration is extended, the retainer continues on the same new proposal’s terms. Additionally, if all tasks outlined in the original scope are completed satisfactorily, a one-time $3,000 completion/satisfaction bonus will be paid at the beginning of the new term.
Evaluation:
Renewal will be based on report metrics, qualitative feedback, and alignment with evolving DAO needs. Strategy will adapt each term in close consultation with the community and council.
Long-Term Vision:
This is the foundation for an internal marketing function. Over time, consistent collaboration can lead to more ambitious activations: live coverage of events, artist campaigns, platform storytelling, or multi-channel coordination. Gm Consulting’s goal is to earn trust through delivery—and build with gmDAO, quarter by quarter, into a model of Web3-native brand expression.
Budget:
gm.Consulting requests a monthly retainer of $1500 USD, covering all outlined deliverables across gm. channels. The initial engagement spans 3 months (total: $4500). Payments can be made monthly in stablecoins or ETH, per DAO preferences. No additional costs are anticipated; this fee includes strategy, content creation, scheduling, engagement, and reporting. Time allocation and expenditures can be shared with the council upon request.
