Community Proposal: Treasury Loan for CEX Liquidity Provisioning

Summary

As members of the KILT community, we are submitting this proposal to request a loan of 6,000,000 $KILT tokens from the Treasury. These tokens will be used to provision liquidity for upcoming centralized exchange (CEX) listings including, but not limited to, MexC and Gate.io.

This loan would be fully returned to the Treasury after 12 months.

Rationale & Motivation

With the $KILT token now live on Base, onboarding CEX liquidity is a natural next step to support user acquisition, increase token visibility, and deepen market participation. Many CEXs require projects to support initial liquidity, and this proposal enables the community to meet those requirements in a structured and professional manner.

Rather than relying on external capital or large private holders, this approach empowers the DAO to take an active role in bootstrapping liquidity while preserving long-term Treasury integrity via token repayment.
