🔹 The proposal idea phase can be shortened from 7 to 3 days with 10 votes or immediately go to the drafting phase with 15 votes.

🔹 The author of a proposal draft can ask for an accelerated procedure to shorten the drafting phase from 14 to 7 days. An accelerated proposal requires 30 votes, or 25 votes including 3 Committee members, or 20 votes including 4 Committee members.

🔹 Emergency proposals must be supported by 20 votes including 3 Committee members, or 15 votes including 4 Committee members or 10 votes including 5 Committee members.

🔹 The Committee can ask for an “extreme emergency proposal” status with a 48 hours voting period. The proposal must be supported by 20 DAO members excluding the Committee members, 15 if the proposal is supported by 4 Committee members, or 10 if supported by 5 Committee members.

🔹 Proposals must include a ”Risk assessment” section and should include a “Counter-arguments, criticisms and shortcomings” section.

🔹 Under a critical security situation, the Committee can pause the $kitty contract with no prior vote. An emergency or extreme emergency proposal must be published within 48 hours.
