Transition of Kitty Inu DAO X Handle for Enhanced Brand Consistency (KPI 0000005)

Abstract: The proposal aims to transition the current Kitty Inu DAO X handle from <@900654802881626113>token to <@900654802881626113>DAO for alignment with industry norms and clearer branding.

Motivation: As the Kitty Inu ecosystem grows and establishes itself within the blockchain space, it becomes imperative to maintain a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all platforms. Numerous leading blockchain projects adopt a DAO-centric naming convention for their X handles, focusing on the overarching brand rather than individual product elements. By transitioning to <@900654802881626113>dao, we align with this industry norm, ensuring immediate recognition, increased credibility, and seamless integration for community members and newcomers alike.

Implementation:

Handle Transition on X: Rename the current <@900654802881626113>DAO account to a temporary placeholder, for example, @placeholderhandle, thereby releasing the <@900654802881626113>DAO handle. Immediately update the primary <@900654802881626113>token account to <@900654802881626113>DAO, which will release the <@900654802881626113>token handle. Change the @placeholderhandle back to <@900654802881626113>token. On the newly renamed <@900654802881626113>token (previously @placeholderhandle), pin a tweet stating: "We have moved over to a new handle at <@900654802881626113>DAO."

External Platforms Update: Update all references to the X handle on platforms such as Coingecko, Coinmarketcap, and Etherscan to reflect the change to <@900654802881626113>DAO.

DAO Bylaws on IPFS: Modify the reference to the old X handle (<@900654802881626113>token) in Section 6.6 of the DAO bylaws and replace it with the new handle (@kittyinuDAO). Submit a pull request to the DAO documentation repository on the DAO's Github with these changes. Deploy the updated build of the DAO documentation dApp to IPFS. Reconfigure the ENS (https://docs-kittyinudao.eth.limo/) to point to the IPFS CID where the new build resides.

DAO Website on IPFS: Amend external links and references from the old X handle (<@900654802881626113>token) to the new handle (@kittyinuDAO). Create a pull request for the DAO website repository on the DAO's Github with these changes. Launch the new build of the DAO website dApp on IPFS. Reset the ENS (https://kitty-inu-dao.eth.limo/) to direct towards the IPFS CID where the fresh build is hosted.
