Proposal; Marketing Project Proposal 'You spray the shit all over the town.'

• Abstract: a summary of the proposal.

Proposal discussion to agree a DAO marketing budget for the committee or other committee nominated people to market $kitty and Kitty Inu.

• Motivation:

The DAO should approve a generic marketing budget allowing committee or other committee nominated negotiations without needing to 1. show your hand and 2. have the market front run transfers or payments to the receiving parties.

Where ever possible and as a minimum negotiation request the payments shall be either in $kitty or at least vested or show some measurable outcome before payment is to be released. However, given the nature of some of these negotiations it maybe required to deviate from the above. Such deviation needs to be at the judgement of the committee.

Many service providers will not agree to public details of there arrangements and the DAO should consider and understand this as part of this proposal discussion.

• Implementation:

The DAO committee shall appoint a marketing manager for this budget, this is currently proposed as @chriskitty. The committee shall agree any replacement as required to keep momentum in our discussions.

The DAO committee shall provide oversight to the marketing manager activities and recommendations for marketing.

Agreement to and payments by the committee for individual recommendations by the marketing manager shall be in accordance with the 3/5 system already in place.

• Timeline: any relevant timing details, including but not limited to start date, milestones, and completion dates.

Why has this proposal been declared an emergency by the Committee? Because action is need now to keep pace with the current bull market. What kind of serious damages would be caused to the DAO or to other people or entities if the proposal wasn't declared an emergency? We may well have further reductions in liquidity. What alternative solutions could mitigate these damages and why has the emergency status been preferred to them? Private finance or marketing budget provided by other ecosystem members. So far this is not forthcoming.
