[MDTIP-2] RewardMe Cashback Upgrade — Replace ME with MDT as a Cashback Option

# Summary

We’re proposing a major upgrade to RewardMe’s reward system to streamline the experience and expand MDT utility. Under this proposal:

• The ME token will be retired from the RewardMe app.
• All existing ME token balances will be converted to Reward Dollars (RD) at a 1:1 rate (1 ME = 1 RD).
• MDT will become the new cashback option, delivered directly to users’ RewardMe crypto currency wallets. Reward Dollars (RD) will continue to function as usual.
• RewardMe will introduce a new MDT staking program, allowing users to upgrade their membership tiers and receive staking payouts in MDT.
• A one-way RD-to-MDT converter will be introduced, enabling users to convert Reward Dollars into MDT.
