Proposal: Establishment of a Community-Led CTO Role Empowering MemeLordz through Community-Driven Operations
Overview As MemeLordz evolves into one of the most iconic Web3 RPGs, the strength of our community has been a key driving force in shaping its culture, visibility, and momentum. To better organize our growing supporter base and to take a bold next step in decentralization and involvement, we propose the formal establishment of a CTO role.
This role is not technical, brand-owning, or legally binding in any way. It is a community-assigned responsibility, meant to coordinate, support, and accelerate community-led contributions to MemeLordz through structured tasks, outreach, and engagement.
🧩 What is the Community CTO? The Community Take Over (CTO) is a trusted community figure or small team selected to:
- Coordinate everyday community-driven activities.
- Organize social media pushes, raid events, content drops.
- Act as a point of contact between the main team and active supporters.
- Track and delegate community tasks that support the growth of MemeLordz.
- Help moderate, report feedback, and drive engagement.
This is not a technical or development-based CTO. The community CTO is non-brand-owning, not financially responsible, and purely focused on support, communication, growth, and vibe.
Conclusion
The CTO-led structure is a commitment to MemeLordz's maturity and long-term viability. With this foundation, we can build confidently into 2025 and beyond, not just as a game, but as a multi-platform, multi-chain ecosystem built on innovation and community-first gameplay.
By formalizing leadership in this area, we don’t lose our creative roots—we strengthen them. I look forward to feedback, discussion, and refining this proposal with the team.
Respectfully, Jaimy de Vries Proposed CTO, MemeLordz www.memelordz.io
