Proposal

Approve the following budget to develop and deploy the Marine Moguls Token and NFT collection and the prizes bound to the NFTs.

1. 30,000 USDT to develop and deploy Marine Moguls

2. 251,500 USDT from the MetFi Treasury for the USDT prizes attached to the Marine Moguls NFTs

3. 100,000 METFI from the MetFi Vault for METFI prizes attached to the Marine Moguls NFTs
