#60 Team Budget

Proposal to allocate a monthly team budget.

Background

In July 2022 (15 months ago) the DAO approved a maximum budget of 10,000 USDT for community managers' monthly salaries, which has never been reached or increased. You can read that proposal here: https://dao.metfi.io/#/proposal/0xa8fe7602ed7d258f900de5bf3dbca1dba3f87dbd7c3c3dc386557305b7ea6a13

Motivation

Since that vote, the team has expanded significantly with plans to add more team members when the right candidates have been found – so we require a new budget to remunerate them for their services to the DAO.

Team Roles

The budget will cover the monthly salaries of the following team members:

• Guild Leader
• Content Writer
• Operations x 2

The budget will also cover the salaries for the following roles that have not yet been filled:

• UX Designer
• Product Manager
• Marketing Assistant

Budget

20,000 USDT per month (maximum).
