#83 Treasury Diversification, Matrix Compression, Matching & Direct Rewards, Buying METFI from Vault, ISA Rank Qualification

Proposal to further diversify the treasury, compress all 10 matrices, make matching and direct rewards a permanent feature for all MetFiers, buying 50% METFI from the vault when users buy and stake from the dApp, adding a new requirement to ISA Rank qualification.

If the community approves this proposal with a FOR vote, the treasury will be further diversified, matrices compressed, matching and direct rewards for all eligible users, and 50% of METFI will be bought from the DAO vault when METFI is bought and staked from the dApp.
