#65 ISA Rewards Qualifier

Add the buying and staking of METFI tokens as a qualifier for claiming ISA Rewards.

Background

The community has voted that 100 USDT is to be spent every 28 days to be eligible to claim ISA Rewards: https://dao.metfi.io/#/proposal/0xfcaa6fb9b9425538d129afbff25536b04afcccd7bb698f1d6b6a8f5c3bdc3b63

The community has also voted to pivot MetaQuiz and MetaBID: https://dao.metfi.io/#/proposal/0x4a2e16988842869f06c5f94c4e152b58a1eebd179b2c4efdf3c73f3c9bbcc67e

Now that purchasing MetaQuiz tickets and MetaBID BIDs will soon cease (Proposal 64) there will only be two (2) ways to qualify:

1. Gifting NFTs
2. Upgrading NFTs

Motivation

Add another qualification option and make it easy to dollar-cost-average into staked METFI every 28 days. Some members may not be staking as much METFI as they would like which makes this an appropriate addition.

Proposal

Allow METFI tokens bought and staked through the dApp to count towards 100 USDT Qualifier.

If this vote passes the new qualification criteria will be:

Hold a Shrimp (or higher) NFT

Generate a monthly minimum of 100 USDT of transactional activity from your wallet by:

o Buying and Staking METFI tokens o Upgrading your NFT o Gifting NFTs (including Plankton) o Future product purchases and/or gifts.
