#64 Gaming Guild Rewards

Proposal to reward MetFiers Gaming Guild Core Team.

Background

MetFi DAO has a gaming guild called MetFiers with eight (8) highly skilled core players leading our guild into battle, streaming live under our brand, renting out our NFTs, and generating assets for the treasury every day. The DAO has received over 80,000 USDT of value in our first approx. 70 days of playing Big Time.

Motivation

It’s important to share the spoils of battle, show our appreciation, encourage, and incentivize our core gaming guild team.

Only one of our eight (8) players, the Guild Manager has been remunerated to date, approved via a previous vote here: https://dao.metfi.io/#/proposal/0x667c7fe66699ef20ea631ec608c775613ef00e10fd750a28487f2a3f62ec9fe1

We believe now is the appropriate time to reward the core team for their efforts.

Proposal

Guild team to share 3% of gaming guild profits + 13,000 USDT per month between them.
