Simplified Proposal Voting Procedures

The purpose of this proposal is to bring together a simplified and fair structure for future proposals to pass through leading up to Ascension. Once ascension is launched, All Ascension rules will trump this temporary process.

The goal of this proposal is to help speed up our journey to Ascension through multiple proposals that may be needed to get us there, not replace Ascension, for example, like Hiring developers for front end and back end work related to Ascension and weapons, Foundational structure and further decentralization of the DAO by expanding it for further security and faster approval processes that pertain to the DAO, and anything else deemed necessary leading up to Ascension.
