NOTE: Ascension voting policy and rules trump any policy or procedure herein. Insofar as the contents of this proposal are compatible with Ascension once it arrives, Monkz may elect to keep compatible parts of these rules. They might also choose to vote, through ascension of the processes here, to either modify these procedures to find harmony with Ascension or to vote for the renunciation of this proposal as a whole.
