DAO Expansion Proposal

To expand the DAO signature wallets for faster and more efficient operations throughout all processes, as well as decentralize the DAO further for safety and security. Moving the DAO to 3 out of 5 signature requirements from where it is currently. This would require bringing 2 more people on board to the DAO wallet and all other wallets associated with Monkz funds. Keepers have voted on and selected Squabba and TheFireConvoy as the newly proposed signatories. A vote in favor of this proposal certifies a 3 of 5 wallet signature requirement process with the proposed signatories. A vote against this proposal means we remain with a 2 of 3 wallet signature requirement process. Additional details may be found in the attached proposal.
