Expansion Proposal

The CryptoMonkz DAO (“DAO”, “the DAO” currently operates as an unincorporated entity with over 4,000 individual members that participate in the community via the Discord server (https://discord.gg/cryptomonkz). Community membership is tiered as follows:

Members: ~3k Voting Community Members: ~1k Keepers: ~19

The DAO was formed in Feb 2022 when 3,333 ERC-1155 non-fungible tokens (‘DAO Assets’) were made available for minting via the cryptomonkz.io website and via the contract 0x9f94A2bCA4AE047B8fA7D8dFfEc587aB6101390c.

The DAO’s stated goals are to create a NFT-based decentralised ecosystem protocol that provides education and training, NFT & card manufacture and marketing & outbound sales capabilities to its members, utilising a feudalistic structure which supports both single & multiple NFT community DAO voting and decision making processes as well as engagement with the CryptoMonkz Game.
