The Mojomix DAO is gathered to vote on the improvements proposed on the last monthly report, denominated Mojomix Improvement Proposal #4, or simply MOJOIP#4

MOJOIP#4:

Allocate 32 ETH for future staking & add Uniswap V3 WETH/CVX 1%

CONTEXT

Due to the recent market resilience despite the FED rates increase, the ETHBTC curve which sees ETH outpacing Bitcoin in the medium term and the consequent impermanent loss created in the WETH/WBTC pool, we propose the following:

• Leaving USDC position as is
• Adding a 32 ETH position for future staking (approx 30% of the vault at the time of writing)
• Leave 20% in the WETH/WBTC pending close monitoring of the ETHBTC curve
• 20% in a new Uniswap V3 pool due boosted yields: WETH/CVX 1%
• Rebalancing mechanism unchanged

The risks associated with the new strategy are:

WBTC / WETH market price volatility (which affects pool AUM + rewards value) WETH/CVX market price volatility (which affects pool AUM + rewards value) Smart contract risks related to Uniswap V3 Smart contract risk related to Enzyme protocol

Despite the strategy update, the long term objective of the vault strategy remains unchanged, which is to generate a performance higher than simply “holdling” BTC.

OUTCOME

The outcome of this decision will be determined by the simple majority at the end of the given voting period. 51% is required in order for the proposal to get ratified.

IMPLEMENTATION

If approved, the implementation of MOJOIP#4 will take place before 15 August 2022, 23:59.
