"This proposal aims to collaboratively design and produce a set of high-impact marketing materials that communicate the vision, values, and growing momentum of the Network-First Manifesto movement. The goal is to create a cohesive visual and narrative identity that can be used across outreach, events, and digital platforms to attract new members, partners, and organizational endorsements.
Key deliverables:
Presentation Deck: A visually engaging deck summarizing the Network-First philosophy, founding principles, global reach, and ways to get involved. It will serve as a foundational resource for introductions, partnerships, and event presentations.
One-Pager: A concise summary highlighting what the movement stands for, its mission to build a more connected future of work, and how individuals and organizations can participate. Ideal for sharing in emails, conferences, and onboarding communications.
Explainer Video: A short, visually rich video (1–2 minutes) introducing the Network-First Manifesto, its purpose, and the impact it’s driving globally. The video will be co-created with community input and can be used on the website, social media, and during events.
Co-creation process:
Form a small working group of designers, writers, and communication professionals from the community (as well as any founding member interested in getting involved).
Conduct one collaborative session to align on messaging and tone.
Develop initial drafts and share them for feedback within the Slack project channel.
Finalize the materials through a short review and voting process.
Expected outcome: A unified communication toolkit that strengthens the movement’s public identity, supports recruitment and partnerships, and enables all members to represent the initiative with consistency and pride."
