3月15日リリース予定のNEO TOKYO PUNKS 3rd Collection「UTOPIA」について

コミュニティメンバーから「NEO TOKYO PUNKSホルダー（NTPホルダー）にフリーミント権を付与するべきではないか」という提案をいただきました。

そこで、NEO TOKYO PUNKS 1名につき「UTOPIA」を1名フリーミントする権利を付与するかどうかについて、NTPホルダーの皆様に投票を実施いたします。

【補足情報】 可決された場合、総発行枚数および運営保持枚数は変更されません。 WL1 から 600 枚 WL2 から 600 枚 WL3 から 1,022 枚 これらがフリーミント枠として割り当てられ、各フェーズのオーバーアロケーション率が上昇します。

なお、フリーミント分のNFTがセール中にリストされないように、フリーミントはパブリックセール終了後に実施いたします。

また、Sonova（マーケットプレイス）でミントすることで著作権が譲渡されるため、エアドロップではなくフリーミントという形での配布となります。

We received a suggestion from community members that NEO TOKYO PUNKS holders (NTP holders) should be given the right to free mint.

Therefore, we would like to hold a vote among NTP holders on whether each NEO TOKYO PUNKS NFT should grant the right to free mint one "UTOPIA" NFT.

Vote Options:

For → In favor Against → Opposed

Additional Notes: If approved, the total supply and the number of NFTs retained by the project will remain unchanged.

600 NFTs from WL1, 600 NFTs from WL2, 1,022 NFTs from WL3 will be allocated for free minting (increasing the over-allocation rate for each phase). If approved, the free mint will take place after the public sale, ensuring that free-mint NFTs are not listed during the primary sale.

Since minting on Sonova (the marketplace) is required to transfer copyright, the distribution will be conducted as a free mint rather than an airdrop.
