What happens if we approve?

• Every major action and funding decision will be transparent and subject to $OCL holder vote, documented in public.
• Proposals and votes become open to all OCL holders, with simple, inclusive rules.
• Newcomers and veterans alike help determine the community’s direction and policies—no experience needed.

How to Participate:

1. Review our living Constitution (see link above)
2. Select your choice below:
   • Yes – Adopt the Constitution and move OpenCircle forward.
   • No – Suggest improvements or discuss needed changes (join us in Discord).
   • Abstain – Not ready to decide; welcome to learn more or join the discussion.

• Hold at least 1 OCL token (if you need OCL or onboarding, DM an admin or join Discord)
• Cast your vote—every vote is recorded on-chain for transparency
