Launch Onboarding Rewards for New Members

Details:

Proposal: Approve and ratify an onboarding rewards program for OpenCircle DAO.

Summary:
To accelerate community growth and participation, this proposal would approve the ongoing distribution of OCL tokens to new joiners who complete onboarding and contribute as described in our onboarding guide. Every new member who joins, claims OCL, and participates (wallet posted, Discord joined) will be credited in our Transparency Log and eligible for periodic OCL airdrops and extra recognition. Early joiners, helpers, and voters will be publicly credited in our DAO records.

Rationale:

• Recognizes and incentivizes new contributors, welcoming both crypto newcomers and web3 veterans.
• Publicly tracks all rewards/distributions for maximum transparency.
• Builds proof of DAO activity and continuous community momentum.

How To Participate:

1. Vote Yes or No on this proposal.
2. If approved, rewards will be logged in the Notion Transparency Log and distributed as new members join.
3. Community input on reward amounts and frequency is welcome in Discord.
