Our current DAO proposal submission form is too compressed, with much of the detail pushed into a single “Full Proposal” section. This makes it harder for pod leaders to review proposals against the evaluation checklist and slows down the process of providing feedback.
To improve clarity, accountability, and alignment with the agreed evaluation criteria, we propose adopting a revised submission template that breaks content into structured sections.
Current Submission Template Proposal Title Submitted By (Discord / Telegram / ENS name) Wallet Address (to verify RBNT ownership) Proposal Summary (1–2 sentence overview) Full Proposal (long-form: problem, solution, goals, KPIs, ROI, budget) Category (Community / Marketing / Research / Builder-Dev-Tech / Partnerships) Supporting Media (optional) Financial Support Required Date Submitted Name (main contact) TG Handle (main contact) Email (main contact) Discord Handle (main contact)
Proposed New Submission Template Proposal Title Submitted By (Discord / Telegram / ENS name) Wallet Address (to verify RBNT ownership) Summary (1–2 sentences) Problem & Rationale Objectives & Strategic Fit (with Working Group alignment) Scope of Work & Deliverables (with milestones/timeline) Budget & Payment Structure (USDT vs RBNT split, milestones, justification) ROI & Impact (KPIs, benefits, ROI) Oversight & Accountability (reviewer + reporting plan) Risk & Mitigation Co-Funding & Leverage (if applicable) Team & Contributors Community Involvement Compliance & Ethical Standards Supporting Media (optional links) Contact Information (Name, TG, Email, Discord) Date Submitted Decision Requested
Vote Pod leaders are asked to vote on whether to replace the current submission template with the proposed new structure.
✅ Yes – Adopt the new structured template ❌ No – Keep the current template
