Today, we present a key proposal for the next evolution of Script Network: merging the SCPT and SPAY tokens into one unified utility and governance coin - SF. This proposal comes after deep internal discussions, community feedback, and months of growth across the ecosystem. It marks a turning point for how Script Network functions on both technical and economic levels.

With this merger, Script Network will move forward with a simpler, more efficient, and more scalable coin structure. This is more than a rebrand - it's a consolidation of value, utility, and direction.

Why merge SCPT and SPAY? Currently, the Script Network ecosystem operates with two primary tokens: SCPT: The original token of Script Network, used for staking, governance, and powering many parts of the network. SPAY: The core utility token used across services like advertisement payments, studio features, TV player integrations, and more. While this dual-token model has supported the network's early growth, it has led to complexities:

• Confusion for new users
• Fragmented liquidity
• More difficult integrations across exchanges and apps
• Complex economic modeling
• Merging these two into SF allows us to:
• Streamline the Script Chain economy
• Consolidate utility and governance into one coin
• Improve liquidity depth across markets
• Enhance usability for both developers and users

Coin Details: Introducing SF SF will become the single coin powering all Script Network functionality. It will take over all existing responsibilities of both SCPT and SPAY, including:

• Staking
• Governance
• Payments and utility
• Node rewards
• TV and watch-to-earn incentives
• Ecosystem fees and services SF will be native to Script Chain, no longer existing on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). This ensures full alignment with Script Network’s long-term roadmap of Layer 1 decentralisation.
