Motivation - As the team is gearing up their web3 exposure in 2024, pushing for their new rebrand and all the exciting things they have lined up we should maximize reach including on X/Twitter. The platform enables the team and the existing community to expand at high speed. For example, in the recent OPEN Legion community push, the OPEN account grew by more than 8k followers in just several weeks. The OPEN account is verified but paid business-verified accounts have more reach including other benefits. This proposal is about upgrading the OPEN X/Twitter account to a business subscription.

Rationale - A previous DAO vote enabled the team to use a small portion of the DAO funds for marketing purposes. What was not included is maximising the reach of the OPEN X/Twitter account. The deal is simple, X offers an annual plan for Verified Organizations. It costs $10K yearly and comes with free $10k advertising credits.

If we really want to give it all in 2024 and 2025 we shouldn't have to dabble about $10k annually.
