Specification & Implementation To ensure the integrity of DAO voting, a minimum quorum will be introduced to prevent any single individual with 13 million xOPN (as seen in vote D0007) from unilaterally passing a proposal. The minimum quorum required for a vote to pass will be:

Total amount of xOPN: 250 million

Timeline This quorum requirement will take effect immediately upon the approval of this proposal.
