Summary: Approve proposed changes to the DAO rewards structure for representatives from July to December 2024, taking into consideration both monthly payments and target based rewards.

Motivation: A select number of community members have raised the discussion on the payment structure for DAO reps, believing that the rewards need modification to better represent the time and effort put into the DAO role. A number of suggestions have been raised, from a flat monthly payment to smaller monthly payments but larger target based bonuses when Rep KPI criteria is achieved.

The options available are split into two categories:

• Payments paid per month
• Payments paid at the end of a reps term (in this case December 2024)

From these two structures, five options have formed and seemed to gain mixed consensus:

The Per Month Options Paid at the end of each month:

$750 in xOPN $750 xOPN & $750 xOPN target based $1500 xOPN

Per Month + Target based at the end of term:

$750 xOPN per month + $4500 in xOPN at end of term dependent of targets 250 xOPN & $1250 xOPN at end of term dependent of targets

The vote will run for 5 days, after which the option with the most votes will decide the reward structure.
