DAO Proposal - Community Manager Author(s) - Kyozu Category - Marketing (& Team)
Motivation - The project has lost momentum and excitement resulting in a slumbering community decreasing in size and activity. In actual numbers, the community may be at an all-time low. To reignite the excitement, restore the community, and let it grow there needs to be a new focus on the community.
Someone who works closely alongside the team and is dedicated to the community aimed at kickstarting and maintaining the Ticketing Revolution. The community manager needs access to funds to reward active community members, organize events, etc. The amount should be enough to make an impact but shouldn't be excessive.
Rationale - By funding a part-time community manager (3-4 hours/day) to work closely alongside the GET Foundation, the excitement, and community can be restored while further growing the community to create momentum and maximize the potential for the bull run. This can have a positive effect on the token price. Both the community and the GET Foundation benefit from an increased token price. Without funds the community manager can make less of an impact.
Specifications - Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to inspire, support, and educate the Web3 community. Part-time 3-4 hours/day translates into 0.5-0.7 FTE as the community/crypto runs 7 days/week.

Budget - Salary to be set, in accordance with the DAO, conform salaries for the local market.
As an example, the average yearly salary for a full-time Online Community Manager in the Netherlands, according to Payscale, is between 25-42k euros. Given we're looking for an experienced community manager for 0.5-0.7 FTE that would translate to a monthly salary of up to 2000 euros. At current prices (Nov 28th) that would mean up to ~2366 GET per month. Each month at payday the required GET to be distributed to the community manager will be calculated based on the actual price of the GET token.
Additionally, this proposal includes funding for the community manager to use in activities set and managed by him/her (i.e. funds for a rewards structure). These funds should be distributed in xGET only. Up to a maximum of 1500 xGET per month can be distributed, i.e., a total of 18000 xGET/year for the reward structure.
