Sol Dao to be passively managed

As you all know our previous list of votes has passed but we could not get any NFTS because most of the projects on the voting list has pumped more than 20-50%. The SOL ecosystem is faster moving & more suitable for QF a 24 hour vote is not feasible most of the time.

E.g by the time i was writing the proposal of acquiring okaybears @20-30sol by the time it has ended it was already 50-60sol. Sol gods as well... 40sol - 70sol.

The main idea of the Dao is still community. We will speak with the community in Sol chat / Follow alpha calls but have it passively managed. This also opens up opportunities for us to do quick flips when opportunities arises.

This idea was proposed by the community. So lets hold a vote for this:

1. Yes lets passively manage
2. No we vote on every single asset procurement & selling
