Splitting of remaining ETH tokens held in vault to holders

After thorough discussions, we’ve decided it’s in everyone’s best interest to close the vault and distribute the remaining ETH evenly among all holders.

This proposal ensures transparency and verifies that holders still have access to their wallets.

• Reserved for bridging to Base: 0.042 ETH
• Remaining ETH: 7.35 ETH ( Assuming tx fee of $5 )
• Refund per NFT aft tx fee : Approx. 0.0184 ETH (~$60 USD at $3300/ETH)

You may choose to receive the ETH on either of these two chains ⚪Ethereum chain The approximate transaction fee at time of refund will be deducted from your share of ETH.

(As of 11.00 AM GMT+8, the cost of a token transfer is about $2 USD )

⚠️We will cap each transaction cost on Ethereum chain at $10 max.

If gas fees spike and remain consistently high (>$10) for two or more weeks, your refund will be processed on the Base chain instead.

If transaction cost on Ethereum chain is constant at $10 for two or more weeks, we'll process your refund on Base chain.

1️⃣Multi-Signature Governance The new Base chain vault will operate under multi-signature approvals.

( The wallet currently contains some test transactions conducted to verify the functionality of the multi-signature vault. )

2️⃣ETH Transfer

To minimize gas fees, ETH will be bridged from Ethereum to Base using an on-chain bridge for transparency.

An initial test transfer will be conducted, and if complications arise, we may use manual transfer as an alternate solution.

3️⃣Refund Voting Once an NFT holder votes, refunds will be processed manually in bulk at least once per month, typically at the end of each month.

4️⃣Proposal Deadline Voting on this proposal constitutes a claim.

⛔Unclaimed ETH⛔ Any unclaimed ETH will be redistributed evenly among those who filed claims.

Additionally, any unused ETH that was reserved for bridging to Base will be included in this redistribution.

To ensure cost efficiency, the redistribution will be conducted exclusively on the Base chain.

If you’ve lost access to your Ethereum wallet holding the NFT and you wish to file a claim, submit a support ticket with:

• Your old wallet address holding the TTTreasures NFT
• Your new wallet address to receive your share of the ETH

⚠️Important⚠️ Requests will be investigated to prevent fraudulent claims. Providing supporting evidence of ownership will expedite the process.
