Urgent: ETH Assets to acquire under 6 ETH

Yesterday when we wrote the last proposal, Murakami (which got the highest amount of votes) was under 6eth. However, when we ended the voting period, it has pumped to 6.9eth and right now at 7.6eth. Our budget is under 6.2eth hence i am putting up another proposal to see if the DAO would like for us to wait till Murakami goes back under 6eth or go for the other options. Will run this for a few hours and make the purchase before the land sale as i believe people will start buying after the land sale.
