Swap $TOPIA to $MTC for Main Pass Distribution

Similar to the recent proposal passed for swapping $BLOCK into $MTC for Main Pass distribution, this proposal is to swap all $TOPIA into $MTC for monthly Main Pass distribution.

This proposal is to replace $TOPOA distribution with $MTC. The DAO would be swapping $TOPIA generated from Worlds + Avatars + Node Keys to $MTC on a regular basis.

$TOPIA has seen significant decrease in price TGE, and this’ll benefit all those that hold $MTC especially $MTC LP supporters.
