Should 0xBitcoin Utilities & Alerts BOT respond to -meme commands in 0xbitcoin's general chat
Right now general chat is reserved to humans only to reduce bot clutter like price commands. This proposal would allow the Utilities bot to respond ONLY to the -meme command.
The -meme command can be used to show NFTs from the OG 0xbitcoin memes collection.
OPTIONAL: Also allow the -wisdom command, quoting a random message from 0xbitcoin's contract deployer
