Should some 0xBTC Foundation Funds be used to invest in a GOOP TROOP?
GOOP TROOP is a fraction of Noun #72, a DAO within a DAO. The 0xBTC foundation currently owns 0.14 ETH and 10,000 0xBTC. Should some of these funds be invested into a GOOP (not to exceed cost of 0.5 ETH) so that we can join the GOOP DAO and vote on GOOP/Nouns proposals ?
