Summary

Leo, our beloved core contributor and MOD for the community, is transitioning from his previous full-time position to a part-time position. To express our gratitude for his contributions to Buidler DAO, I would like to propose granting Leo an additional 1,000 $BRP as a token of appreciation for his outstanding efforts.

Background

Leo has been with BuidlerDAO since early 2023. During this one-and-a-half-year period, he has served as the community MOD, leader of the Operation Guild, and a core contributor to SpringX. He has dedicated significant effort to BuidlerDAO, and his contributions have greatly enhanced our community's growth and success.

We will grant Leo an additional 1,000 $BRP by September 2024. The use of these BRP will be entirely at Leo's discretion and control.

A total of 1000 $BRP will be distributed to Leo by this month.

Result Measurement

A total of 1000 $BRP will be distributed to Leo by this month, and the distribution shall be done directly in the reputation management system, and there should be no effect on the treasury.

Next Steps

If this proposal is approved by the community-wide Citizen vote, the distribution process will begin.

Based on the statistics of the on-chain public addresses (Buidler Reputation (BRP) Token Tracker | PolygonScan), there are currently 379 $BRP holders, 111 Citizens and above, with a total voting power of 58,363**.**4 $BRP.

Voting Approval Standards:

1. Minimum number of voters for a single vote: 20% of Citizens and above (more than 23 people).
2. Minimum reputation for a single vote: 20% of the total reputation of Citizens and above (more than 11672.68 $BRP in voting power).
3. Single vote approval rate: 60%.
