Abstract

This proposal aims to determine the Guild Heads and other Guardian roles for the fourth phase of 2025, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the whitepaper. As defined in the whitepaper, the five Guild Heads will serve as Sword Holders, while the Guild Heads together with Group Leads will form the Governors.

Candidates are required to submit their candidacy materials in the public discussion section of the forum, following the specified format. The community will then conduct a governance vote to decide who will be elected.

Voting Approval Standards

1. Minimum Voter Participation per Item:
   • At least 20% of Citizen and above members (i.e., >25 voters).
2. Minimum Reputation per Item:
   • At least 20% of the total reputation held by Citizen and above members (i.e., >12,467.22 $BRP).
3. Approval Rate per Item:
   • At least 60% approval.
