Abstract

This proposal aims to revise the content of the founding whitepaper. The revisions include: information updates and reorganization, organizational and governance optimization and the addition of new business information.

Overall, this proposal comprehensively outlines the governance framework of BuidlerDAO. Through transparent community discussions and voting, the legitimacy of this whitepaper will be established, and its outlined rules will be strictly implemented in the future.

Background

BuidlerDAO was established in May 2022, following a year of exploration and practice in governance models. Thanks to the relentless efforts of early contributors, the whitepaper was successfully released in July 2023, marking significant progress in governance and community engagement. By December 2023, the first revision was completed. Throughout its ongoing governance and operations, BuidlerDAO has received valuable feedback from numerous community members and industry peers, providing meaningful insights for the continuous iteration of its community operations and governance model.

As of December 24, 2023, the community has completed the collection of suggestions for iterating its governance and operational models. Governors and community members have engaged in in-depth discussions on community operations and whitepaper updates. These community-wide discussions and contributions will have a positive impact on the efficient evolution of the governance model.
